Surge Coil Blueprint

Surge Coil Blueprint for ARC Raiders The Surge Coil is a placeable device from the Flashpoint update. It electrifies the area around it every so often, briefly stunning anything in range, and it pulls ARC attention toward it like a Lure Grenade. What the blueprint gives you: - Permanent crafting of the Surge Coil - Stuns ARC units and enemy raiders in its radius - Draws ARC attention away from you - Drops only during the Electromagnetic Storm condition
