Question 1

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Instant-delivery items are released as soon as your payment is confirmed. Anything delivered by a person shows an estimate on the product page, and you can follow the status from Dashboard > Orders.

Question 2

Where do I find my delivered code or item?

Accepted Answer

Open Dashboard > Orders and select the order. Delivered codes and fulfillment details appear on the order page itself.

Question 3

My order is taking longer than the estimate.

Accepted Answer

An estimate is an estimate, and busy periods can push past one. Message us on the order, or open a ticket with your order number, and we will chase it.

Question 4

Do I need to give account details?

Accepted Answer

Only what the specific product requires, and it is listed on the product page before you buy, usually an in-game ID and a server or region.

Question 5

Which payment methods work?

Accepted Answer

The methods available to you are the ones shown at checkout. What appears there depends on where you are and on what our providers support at the time, so check the checkout page for the current list.

Question 6

How do refunds work?

Accepted Answer

Request one from Dashboard > Orders once the order is delivered and while it is inside its warranty window. A person reviews every request against the delivery record.

Question 7

Which currency am I charged in?

Accepted Answer

Prices around the site may be shown converted so they are easy to read. The amount and the currency you are actually charged are the ones confirmed at checkout, before you pay.

Question 8

Can I use more than one coupon?

Accepted Answer

No. One code per order, and codes do not stack with each other.

Question 9

Is buying currency or boosting safe?

Accepted Answer

Everything is fulfilled from our own stock by our own team, and every order carries a warranty window.

Question 10

I think my account was compromised.

Accepted Answer

Open a ticket under the Technical department straight away so an agent can verify your identity before any change is made to the account.

Question 11

Can I change my email or password?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from Dashboard > Settings.
