Orb of Transmutation

Orb of Transmutation for Path of Exile An Orb of Transmutation turns a Normal item into a Magic item with random modifiers. It is the first step before Alterations, Augmentations and Regals, and crafters use it at every stage of the game. What it does: - Upgrades a Normal item to Magic with random mods - First step in the transmute, alt, regal chain - Good for leveling gear and jewels - Very cheap and traded in high volume
